Ultrasound Technologist wanted for a multi-site, multi-physician OB/GYN specialty practice.  We are looking for a, highly motivated, dependable, team player to join the practice.  Candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.  We prefer a technologist with OB/GYN experience but are willing to train on the job if a suitable candidate is found.  

 

General duties include, but are not limited to; performing targeted obstetrical ultrasound testing, gynecologic ultrasounds, and assisting physician with clinical procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, sonohysterograms and biophysical profiles.  Perform routine maintenance of ultrasound equipment.  Help perform clerical duties pertaining to the clinic i.e., scheduling patients, filing of reports, entering of patient data, etc. 

 

Normal patient loads are from 25-35 patients per day, one physician and one to two total sonographers.
