At the Fetal Diagnostic Institute of the Pacific, we accept a wide variety of insurance plans. Below you will see a list of the insurance plans that we accept. If you have any questions in regards to your specific plan, we suggest you contact your insurance company directly or call our billing office at 808-945-2229 option 2.

For patients who currently are not covered under any insurance plan, we do accept private pay (self-pay) patients.

Teleradiology Billing

Our physicians read and interpret obstetric and gynecological scans from the Queen's Healthcare Network, including Queen's West Oahu, and North Hawaii Community Hospital. If you have questions regarding a teleradiology ultrasound service, please contact our billing department at 808-945-229 option 2.

Healow Pay

Healow Pay is an integrated easy to use billing system that allows the following:

Access to e-Statements is available

Pay your bills online

Track your payment history

Click the Pay Your Bill button to logon to the Healow Pay website or check your billing statement for the website address and personal statement code, located as the last line item on your statement. Statements can be delivered via email, text message or paper via USPS.
