COVID-19 Health Announcement

COVID-19 Information and Office Policies

Office guidelines for keeping patients and staff safe.

Please read before coming to your appointment.

We have taken steps to mitigate the risk of infection to patients and staff. These include increasing cleaning and sanitizing of all contact surfaces and shorter wait times. We are also offering some services via telemedicine.

We ask that you also do your part to reduce the risk of infection to yourself and others. A mask must be worn at all times during your appointment. Updated 8/26/21. To help maintain social distancing, guests accompanying patients is limited to 1 adult.  At this time, children under the age of 18 are not allowed to accompany parents to their appointments.  We will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date.  If you are unable to comply with these requirements, we will not be able to see you for your appointment.

Our current guest policy under COVID-19 guidelines is as follows;

  1. Limited to one adult guest accompanying patient.

  2. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to accompany patients to their appointments.

  3. Masks must be worn at all times while in the office.

Our current plan of action and intention is to remain open to see any and all patients requiring our services. Our Oahu locations in Honolulu at the Pan Am building and in Ewa at the Queen's West Oahu Physician Office Building are open and actively seeing patients.

As of September 1st 2020, Dr. Greigh Hirata and Dr. Bruce Chen have resumed their normal office rotations and are both actively seeing  patients at our Pan Am building office and at our Queen's West Physician Office Building location.
